Delivery

The products offered for sale on Tevfikkaragozoglu.com are original artworks and/or handmade ceramic pieces.

Due to the fragile and delicate nature of the pieces, every order is carefully packaged to ensure protection during transit.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, items in stock are handed over to the shipping carrier within 5 business days following order and payment confirmation.

For pieces produced to order or custom-made at the customer's request, the production and delivery timeframe will be communicated to the customer separately.

Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, natural disasters, transportation issues, similar force majeure events, or reasons attributable to the shipping company.

Shipping and Damaged Delivery

As ceramic pieces are fragile, we recommend that customers inspect the shipping package upon delivery.

If there is visible crushing, breakage, tearing, or other damage to the package, a damage assessment report should be drawn up together with the delivery personnel, if possible.

The consumer's statutory rights regarding defective goods are reserved.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Subject to the exceptions stipulated by law, the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product without providing a reason.

Following the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned within the timeframe specified in the applicable legislation.

The item to be returned must be packaged in a manner that prevents damage during transport, including all its components and any certificates or documents originally sent with it.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the proper procedure, the refund shall be processed in compliance with applicable legislation. According to the Ministry of Trade's current guidelines, the consumer must return the goods within 14 days of the withdrawal notification; the start of the seller's 14-day period for issuing the refund is also regulated by legislation based on the method of return used.

 

Custom Orders and Personalized Items

The right of withdrawal may not apply—subject to the conditions stipulated in the relevant legislation—to items that are custom-made, personalized, or specially produced (thereby ceasing to be standard products) in accordance with the consumer's specific requests.

The consumer's statutory rights regarding defective goods remain unaffected.
